This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were produced and/or exported by Longquan Jiefeng Trade Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Senya Board Industry Co., Ltd and Zhangzhou Wanjiamei Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Wood Mouldings and Millwork Products from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023 - 2024,
91 Fed. Reg. 8823 (February 24, 2026), and were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 2/1/2023 through 01/31/2024.

Effective 05/08/2026 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 05/08/2026.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 6093405, dated 04/03/2026.
