1. On 04/29/2016, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from the People's Republic of China (A-570-848) for the period 09/01/2013 through 08/31/2014. This PI was issued in connection with court number 16-00073.

2. This PI enjoins liquidation of entries of Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat from the People's Republic of China which: (1) were the subject of the U.S. Department of Commerce's final results in Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and New Shipper Reviews; 2013-2014, 81 Fed. Reg. 21,840 (Apr. 13, 2016) (“Final Results”), as corrected by Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat from the People's Republic of China: Notice of Correction to Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and New Shipper Reviews; 2013-2014, 81 Fed. Reg. 23,457 (Apr. 21, 2016); (2) were exported by Shanghai Ocean Flavor International Trading Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Ocean”); (3) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption between 09/01/2013 through 08/31/2014; and (4) remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on the day the order was issued (04/29/2016).

3. Effective 04/29/2016 (the date the Court issued the PI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on 04/29/2016. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
