1. Effective 10/28/2024, Commerce established a certification requirement for the antidumping/countervailing duty orders on disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids (aluminum containers) from the People's Republic of China (A-570-170; C- 570-171).

2. Specifically, importers must certify entries of aluminum containers from Thailand are not made with Chinese-origin aluminum foil or are made with an input other than aluminum foil.
