Effective 10/28/2024, Commerce established a certification requirement for the antidumping/countervailing duty orders on disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids (aluminum containers) from the People's Republic of China (A-570-170; C- 570-171). Specifically, importers must certify entries of aluminum containers from Thailand are not made with Chinese-origin aluminum foil or are made with an input other than aluminum foil. See message 6114402, dated 04/24/2026. 3. This certification requirement is applicable on a country-wide basis, regardless of foreign producer, exporter, or importer. 4.
