1. On 04/14/2026, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar from India (A-533-810) for the period 02/01/2023 through 01/31/2024. This SI was issued in connection with court number 26-02192. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of stainless steel bar from India (1) that were: produced and/or exported by Atlas Stainless Corporation Private Limited; (2) That were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Stainless Steel Bar From India: Final Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024, 91 Fed. Reg. 7,442 (Feb. 18, 2026); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024. 3. Effective 04/14/2026 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 04/14/2026. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 6091407, dated 04/01/2026. 6.
