CBP should discontinue the suspension of liquidation of entries of merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/22/2025 (the date of first suspension of liquidation of subject merchandise). Entries should be liquidated without regard to antidumping duties. All estimated antidumping duties deposited on entries of the subject merchandise shall be refunded. 3.
