1. On 4/11/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination and alignment of its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain iron mechanical transfer drive components (“ITDCs”) from the People's Republic of China (“PRC”), moving the final determination date from 6/15/2016 until no later than 08/15/2016, thereby aligning it with the due date for the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of ITDCs from the PRC (81 FR 21316).

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 5335308, dated 12/01/2015.

3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-570-031.

4. For imports of ITDCs from the PRC, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 4/11/2016. Effective 4/11/2016, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the companies listed below:
