Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of CORE completed in Indonesia using China-origin hot-rolled steel and cold-rolled steel that are subsequently exported from Indonesia to the United States, that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on CORE from China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
