On 03/19/2026, the U.S. Court of International Trade modified the statutory injunction (SI), referenced in message number 4274402, enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from Spain (A-470-815) for the period 06/01/2022 through 05/31/2023. This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00162. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of finished carbon flanges from Spain that were unliquidated as of September 23, 2024; entered under U.S. Importer Number 145301-03172 and identified by the producer/exporter name "ULMA", alone, or in combination with other names and characters; that were Type 03 entries and the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Finished Carbon Steel Flanges From Spain: Final Results of Administrative Review; 2022-2023, 89 Fed. Reg 60,862 (Dep't of Commerce July 29, 2024); that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the Period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023. 3. Effective 03/19/2026, (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 09/23/2024. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4.
