(2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Mobile Access Equipment and Subassemblies Thereof From the People's Republic of China, 90 Fed. Reg. 59,492 (Dep't Commerce Dec. 19, 2025) (final results of countervailing duty admin. rev.; 2022), as amended Mobile Access Equipment and Subassemblies Thereof From the People's Republic of China, 91 Fed. Reg. 3121 (Dep't Commerce Jan. 26, 2026) (amended final results of countervailing duty admin. rev.; 2022); (3) That were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the periods January 1, 2022, through December 31 , 2022.

Effective 03/16/2026 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 03/16/2026.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 6062402, dated 03/03/2026.
