In accordance with section 733(d) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. Section 1673b(d)), Commerce is instructing CBP to discontinue the suspension of liquidation of entries concerning the antidumping duty investigation of float glass products from the People's Republic of China effective 01/11/2026, which is the day after provisional measures in this proceeding have been in place for 180 days.

The products covered by this investigation are described in message 5008406 dated 01/08/2025.

This proceeding has been assigned case number A-570-188.

CBP shall discontinue the suspension of liquidation for antidumping duty purposes on all shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/11/2026 (the first day provisional measures are no longer in effect).
The suspension of liquidation will not be resumed unless and until a final affirmative determination on this case is published in the Federal Register by the ITC.

These discontinuation instructions do not apply to subject merchandise subject to suspension of liquidation and imposition of cash deposits, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or before 01/10/2026 (the date provisional measures expired in this proceeding).
