On 12/31/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register (90 FR 61377) its affirmative preliminary determination, affirmative critical circumstances, in part, and postponement of the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of polypropylene corrugated boxes
from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

4a. Commerce did not find critical circumstances for the exporter/producer combination identified below.
Accordingly, CBP shall suspend liquidation of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/31/2025 (the date of publication of the preliminary determination), and shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the percentage of entered value for the producer/exporter listed below:

For all other entries of polypropylene corrugated boxes from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the following cash deposit instructions apply:
A.
For all Vietnamese exporters of polypropylene corrugated boxes from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the Vietnam-wide rate.
B.
For all non-Vietnamese exporters of polypropylene corrugated boxes from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter/producer combination that supplied that non-Vietnamese exporter.
