1. On 01/05/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register (81 FR 222) its final results of the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand (A-549-822).

2. We determined that Thai Union Group Public Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Thai Union Frozen Products Public Co., Ltd., a part of the Thai Union/Pakfood Group of companies (A-549-822-208).

3. Accordingly, for shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/05/2016, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties for Thai Union Group Public Co., Ltd. at the current rate for the Thai Union/Pakfood Group (i.e., 1.10 percent).

4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
