1. On 04/25/2025, Commerce issued a final determination that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to certain imports of solar cells from Vietnam (see 90 FR 17388). As a result of Commerce's final negative determination of critical circumstances, CBP should terminate the suspension of liquidation for shipments from the following companies of subject merchandise that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption before 12/04/2024 (the date of publication of Commerce's affirmative preliminary determination notice in the Federal Register).
