CBP shall discontinue the suspension of liquidation for antidumping duty purposes shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 11/05/2025 (the first day provisional measures are no longer in effect) through 12/01/2025 (the day prior to the date on which a final affirmative determination for this case was published in the Federal Register by the ITC) for the company listed in paragraph 1. 4. These discontinuation instructions do not apply to subject merchandise subject to suspension of liquidation and imposition of cash deposits, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or before 11/04/2025 (the date provisional measures expired for the company listed in paragraph 1 in this proceeding). 5. CBP shall liquidate entries of shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 11/05/2025 (the first day provisional measures is no longer in effect for the company listed in paragraph 1) through 12/01/2025 without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., refund all cash deposits of antidumping duties for the company listed in paragraph 1).
