1. This is a correction to message 5329403, dated 11/25/2025, to correct paragraph seven of that message. 2. Paragraph seven of message 5329403 contains incorrect information about the companion case, which is a countervailing case and not an antidumping case. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. In accordance with section 733(d) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, Commerce is instructing CBP to discontinue the suspension of liquidation of entries concerning the antidumping duty investigation of Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products from Brazil effective 10/07/2025, which is the day after provisional measures in this proceeding has been in place for 180 days. 4. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4281407 dated 10/07/2024. 5. CBP shall discontinue the suspension of liquidation for antidumping duty purposes on all shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/07/2025 (the first day provisional measures is no longer in effect). The suspension of liquidation will not be resumed unless and until a final affirmative determination on this case is published in the Federal Register by the ITC. 6. These discontinuation instructions do not apply to subject merchandise subject to suspension of liquidation and imposition of cash deposits, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or before 10/06/2025 (the date provisional measures expired in this proceeding). 7. Message 5329403 constitutes the notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise covered by paragraph four. Accordingly, notice of the lifting of suspension occurred on 11/25/2025, the date of message 5329403. Unless instructed otherwise, for all other shipments of Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products from Brazil, you shall continue to collect cash deposits of estimated antidumping duties for the merchandise at the current rates. 8. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply. 9. These discontinuation instructions do not affect the requirements of a cash deposit on entries subject to the suspension of liquidation announced in Commerce's preliminary determination in the companion countervailing duty investigation of this merchandise. 10.
