1. On 11/25/2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain low-speed personal transportation vehicles from the People's Republic of China (C-570-177) for the period 09/07/2024 through 12/05/2024. This SI was issued in connection with court number 25-00205. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain low-speed personal transportation vehicles from the People's Republic of China that were produced and exported by Xiamen Dalle New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.; that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Low-Speed Personal Transportation Vehicles From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances, 90 FR 26536 (06/23/2025), as amended by Certain Low-Speed Personal Transportation Vehicles from the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Antidumping Duty Determination and Antidumping Duty Order; Amended Final Determination of Countervailing Duty Investigation and Countervailing Duty Order, 90 FR 38759 (08/12/2025); and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period from 09/07/2024 to 12/05/2024. 3. Effective 11/25/2025, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 11/25/2025. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
