Entries should be liquidated without regard to antidumping duties. All estimated antidumping duties deposited on entries of the subject merchandise shall be refunded. 5. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/13/2024 (the date of first suspension of liquidation of subject merchandise) occurred with the publication of the ITC's notice of negative final determination of investigation (90 FR 21948, 05/22/2025). 6.
