1. THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER
ON 05/10/1993 THE FINAL DETERMINATION OF NO SALES AT LESS THAN
FAIR VALUE IN THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATION OF FERROSILICON
FROM ARGENTINA. THIS IS A CLARIFICATION OF MESSAGE 3133113 ON
05/13/1993 OF INSTRUCTIONS.

2. IN ACCORDANCE WITH MESSAGE 3133113 DATED 05/13/1993 THE
DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE TERMINATED THE INVESTIGATION ON
FERROSILICON FROM ARGENTINA. THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
THEREFORE TERMINATED THE SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION AND DIRECTED
CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION TO REFUND CASH DEPOSITS OF
ANTIDUMPING DUTY. SHOULD ANY ENTRIES CONTINUE TO BE SUSPENDED
UNDER THIS CASE (A-357-807), FIELD OFFICES SHOULD DISCONTINUE
SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION OF ALL SHIPMENTS OF THIS MERCHANDISE
ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OF AFTER
09/30/1992. ALL ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES UNDER THIS CASE
NUMBER SHALL BE REFUNDED AND THE BONDS OR OTHER SECURITY RELEASED
AT THE TIME OF LIQUIDATION.

3. THE INTEREST PROVISIONS OF SECTION 778 OF THE TARIFF ACT OF
1930 DO NOT APPLY.
