1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (80 FR 48812) on 08/14/2015 the implementation of its Section 129 determination regarding the antidumping duty investigation on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the PRC for the period 01/01/2009 through 06/30/2009. The effective date of this determination is 08/04/2015.

2. As a result of Commerce's determination, the antidumping duty cash deposit rates from the investigation have not been revised. Therefore, in accordance with that determination, for shipments of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/04/2015, the required cash deposit rates will remain as those described in message 0323306, dated 11/19/2010, as amended or corrected by message 0356303, dated 12/22/2010.

3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
