Commerce published in the Federal Register (80 FR 45184) on 07/29/2015 the implementation of its Section 129 determination regarding the antidumping duty investigation on certain magnesia carbon bricks from the People's Republic of Chain (PRC) for the period 01/01/2009 through 06/30/2009.
The effective date of this determination is 07/20/2015.

As a result of Commerce's determination, the antidumping duty cash deposit rates from the investigation have not been revised.
Therefore, in accordance with that determination, for shipments of certain magnesia carbon bricks from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/20/2015, the required cash deposit rates will remain as those described in message 0286303, dated 10/13/2010, unless any of the following messages corresponding to a subsequent completed review is applicable: message 3112301, dated 04/22/2013.

These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
