On 08/29/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register its final affirmative determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (subject merchandise) (90 FR 42207). 2. The merchandise covered by this investigation is described in message 4277403, dated 10/03/2024. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number C-552-844. 4. Commerce preliminarily found a zero or de minimis subsidy rate on imports of subject merchandise from certain producers and/or exporters. However, in its final determination, Commerce found above de minimis subsidy rates for these companies. Accordingly, for imports of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/29/2025 (the date of publication of the final determination in the Federal Register), CBP shall suspend liquidation and collect a cash deposit equal to the percentages of entered value listed below.
