On 08/01/2025, Commerce issued a final scope ruling that the memory foam mattresses for hospital beds, (34.5 inches wide, 77.5 inches long, and 5.9 inches in depth), adult sized, with and without covers, produced by Zhongshan Getop Medical and Healthcare Equipment Co., Ltd., exported by Zhong Joiner Imp. and Exp. Co., Ltd, and imported by Point A Technologies, Inc. are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on mattresses from the People's Republic of China (A-570-092).

Specifically, Commerce determined that the memory foam mattresses produced by Zhongshan Getop Medical and Healthcare Equipment Co., Ltd., exported by Zhong Joiner Imp. and Exp. Co., Ltd, and imported by Point A Technologies, Inc. are covered by the scope of the order because the measurements of the product were found to be within the nominal measurements listed within the scope, specifically for adult mattresses.

This final scope ruling is applicable only to merchandise imported by Point A Technologies, Inc.

Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of mattresses covered by the ruling already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on mattresses from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry in accordance with message 5099406, dated 04/04/2025, corrected by 5099408, dated 04/08/2025.

4b. For all entries of mattresses covered by the ruling not already subject to the suspension of liquidation, CBP should suspend liquidation of: (i) shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/4/2025, and (ii) shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/04/2021.
CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit at the applicable rate(s) in effect on the date of entry.

Entries of products covered by paragraph 4 should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued.

In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures.
