1. On 08/19/2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on ferrosilicon from Kazakhstan (CBP Case Number A-463-812, Commerce Case Number A-834-812) for the period 11/06/2024 through 05/05/2025 and after 05/15/2025 through 04/30/2026. This SI was issued in connection with court number 25-00127. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of ferrosilicon from that were (1) that were produced and/or exported by TNC Kazchrome JSC; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Ferrosilicon from Kazakhstan: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less-Than-Fair Value and Final Negative Determination of Critical Circumstances, 90 Fed. Reg. 14077 (March 28, 2025); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 11/06/2024 through 05/05/2025, and on or after 05/15/2025, through 04/30/2026. 3. Effective 08/19/2025 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 08/19/2025. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
