On 08/12/2025, Commerce initiated a circumvention inquiry to determine whether steel wire garment hangers completed in Cambodia from (1) steel wire and/or (2) steel wire and paper accessories produced in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (inquiry merchandise) are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (A-552-812; C-552-813).

Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of inquiry merchandise that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry.
Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued.

In accordance with 19 CFR 351.226(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures.
