United States, Court No. 18-00235. The injunction to which message 8334314 dated 11/30/2018 refers, enjoined entries that (1) were produced and exported by Oman Fasteners LLC; (2) the subject of Commerce's final determination 83 FR 58231 (Nov. 19, 2018); and (3) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/01/2016, up to and including June 30, 2017. As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 8334314 refers, dissolved on 6/14/2019. 2.
