1. On 07/13/2015, Commerce published in the Federal Register its antidumping duty order on certain steel nails (“nails”) from the Republic of Korea (“Korea”) (80 FR 39994).

2. In the final determination, Commerce found that no final margin exists with respect to merchandise produced and exported by Jinheung Steel Corporation, Duo-Fast Korea Co., Ltd, Jinsco International Corporation (A-580-874-003) and, as a result, merchandise from this producer/exporter chain is excluded from the antidumping duty order on nails from Korea. Accordingly, for such merchandise, entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 12/29/2014, CBP is directed to terminate the suspension of liquidation and to release any bond or other security and refund any cash deposit.

Entries of such merchandise may have entered under case number A-580-874-002. This exclusion does not apply to merchandise produced by Jinheung Steel Corporation, Duo-Fast Korea Co., Ltd, Jinsco International Corporation and exported by any other company, or produced by any other company and exported by Jinheung Steel Corporation, Duo-Fast Korea Co., Ltd, Jinsco International Corporation. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.

3. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise covered by paragraph 2 occurred with the publication of the antidumping duty order (80 FR 39994, dated 07/13/2015).
