United States, Court No. 18-00025. The injunction to which message 8054306 dated 02/23/2018 refers, enjoined entries which (1) were produced and/or exported by Oman Fasteners LLC; (2) the subject of Commerce's final determination 83 FR 4030 (Jan. 29, 2018); and (3) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/29/2014, up to and including June 30, 2016. As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 8054306 refers, dissolved on 12/17/2019. 2.
