On 07/11/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register (90 FR 30849) its final determination of sales at less than fair value in the antidumping duty investigation of certain tungsten shot from the People's Republic of China.

For imports of certain tungsten shot from the People's Republic of China, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/11/2025.

Effective 07/11/2025, CBP shall require, for entries of certain tungsten shot from the People's Republic of China from the exporter/producer combinations listed below, a cash deposit equal to the antidumping duty cash deposit shown below:

Note to CBP: In the final determination, Commerce determined that Zhuzhou KJ Super Materials Co., Ltd. is no longer eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity.
Accordingly, Commerce has deactivated the following exporter/producer chain rate case number: A-570-178-001.
Effective 07/11/2025 (the date of publication of the final determination), entries of subject merchandise from this exporter/producer combination should be entered under A-570-178-000.

For all other entries of certain tungsten shot from the People's Republic of China, the following cash deposit instructions apply:
A.
For all Chinese exporters of certain tungsten shot from the People's Republic of China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit will be the China-wide rate.
B.
For all non-Chinese exporters of certain tungsten shot from the People's Republic of China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter/producer combinations that supplied that non-Chinese exporter.
