1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (80 FR 3414) on 06/15/2015 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period 11/01/2012 through 10/31/2013.

2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain exporters. Therefore, for shipments of fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 06/15/2015, the required cash deposit has been revised for the following exporters:

3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above, then the following instructions apply:

A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate.

B. For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not been assigned to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of $4.71 per kilogram.

C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter.

4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued.
