1. On 04/09/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register its countervailing duty order on melamine from India (90 FR 15221). See message number 5106404, dated 04/16/2025. At that time, the International Trade Commission (ITC) had not yet published in the Federal Register its final determination in its investigation of melamine from India. 2. On 04/21/2025, the ITC published in the Federal Register its final determination in its investigation of melamine from India. Accordingly, for imports of melamine from India, CBP shall suspend liquidation of entries of such merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/21/2025 (date of publication in the Federal Register of the ITC final determination). Further, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the cash deposit/subsidy rates identified below.
