1. On 04/20/2015, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination and alignment of its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of melamine from Trinidad and Tobago from 06/27/2015 until no later than 08/24/2015, thereby aligning it with the due date for the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of melamine from Trinidad and Tobago (80 FR 21708).

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4346303, dated 12/12/2014.

3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-274-807.

4. For imports of melamine from Trinidad and Tobago, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 4/20/2015. Effective 04/20/2015, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the producers and/or exporters listed below:
