1. THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HAS TERMINATED THE SUSPENDED
ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATION ON URANIUM FROM KYRGYZSTAN AND
PUBLISHED THE REVOCATION IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER ON 11/03/1999.
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE REVOCATION IS 01/01/2000.


2. THEREFORE, QUOTA CERTIFICATES/CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN, AS WELL
AS WRITTEN CERTIFICATIONS FROM IMPORTERS OF RECORD STATING THAT
THE URANIUM WAS NOT OBTAINED UNDER ANY ARRANGEMENT, SWAP,
EXCHANGE, OR OTHER TRANSACTION DESIGNED TO CIRCUMVENT THE
AGREEMENT, WILL NO LONGER BE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY RELEASE OF
URANIUM FROM KYRGYZSTAN OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY ON OR AFTER
01/01/2000. IN ADDITION, FORWARDING OF IMPORT DOCUMENTATION FOR
ENTRIES OF URANIUM ON OR AFTER 01/01/2000 WILL NO LONGER BE
REQUIRED. ANY SUSPENDED ENTRIES REMAINING SHOULD BE LIQUIDATED
WITHOUT REGARD TO ANTIDUMPING DUTIES.

3. INTEREST PROVISIONS OF SECTION 778 OF THE TARIFF ACT OF 1930
DO NOT APPLY.
