2. Because the cleats are single-piece aluminum extrusions without accessories, attachments, fasteners, or other non-extruded parts of aluminum or any other material, they match the physical description of subject merchandise. Thus, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China, including cleats imported by All Points as described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China.
