1. This is a correction to message 5059407, dated 02/28/2025, to correct the RE line and paragraph 2 of that message. 2. The RE line and paragraph 2 of message 5059407 did not include the AKA name of Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company, STAPIMEX. Additionally, paragraph 2 of that message also contained an incorrect FR citation. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 02/24/2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 4 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (C-552-838) for the period April 1 through July 29, 2024, and December 18 through December 31, 2024. This SI was issued in connection with court number 25-00030. 4. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were produced and/or exported by Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company, aka STAPIMEX; that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Countervailing Duty Order on Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 89 FR 104982, December 26, 2024; and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period April 1 through July 29, 2024 through December 18 through 31, 2024. 5. Effective 02/24/2025 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 4 which remain unliquidated as of 02/24/2025. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 6. Pursuant to the terms of the SI, no liquidation of the entries referred to in paragraph 4 may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 02/24/2025. 7. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 8. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 9.
