On 03/28/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register (90 FR 14077) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of ferrosilicon from Kazakhstan (CBP Case Number A-463-812, Commerce Case Number A-834-812)

The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4311405, dated 11/06/2024.
3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-834-812 for Commerce purposes and case number A-463-812 for CBP purposes.

For imports of ferrosilicon from Kazakhstan, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/06/2024 (date suspension first started).
Effective 03/28/2025, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below:
Producer and/or Exporter: TNC Kazchrome JSC
Case number: A-463-812-001
Cash deposit rate: 6.20%
Producer and/or Exporter: YDD Corporation LLP; Asia FerroAlloys LLP; and KazSilicon Metallurgical Combine LLP
Case number: A-463-812-002
Cash deposit rate: 6.01%
All Other Companies
Case Number: A-463-812-000
Cash Deposit Rate: 6.05%

If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply:
A.
If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate.
B.
Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 6.05 percent to establish the cash deposit rate.
