1. Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation on certain low-speed personal transportation vehicles from the People's Republic of China. This amendment was published on 02/19/2025 in the Federal Register (90 FR 9892) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4327408, dated 11/22/2024. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number C-570-177. 4.
