1. On 02/07/2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China (C-570-054) for the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022. This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00231. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were (1) produced and/or exported by Hangzhou Five Star Aluminium Co., Ltd.; Jiangsu Dingsheng New Materials Joint-Stock Co., Ltd.; Dingsheng Aluminium Industries (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Limited; Dingsheng Aluminium Industries (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Ltd.; Hangzhou Dingsheng Import & Export Co., Ltd.; Hangzhou Teemful Aluminium Co., Ltd.; Inner Mongolia Liansheng New Energy Material Joint-Stock Co., Ltd.; Inner Mongolia Xinxing New Material Co., Ltd.; Hangzhou Dingsheng Industrial Group Co., Ltd.; Hangzhou Dingcheng Aluminum Co., Ltd.; Luoyang Longding Aluminium Co., Ltd.; Walson (HK) Trading Co., Limited; Thai Ding Li New Materials Co., Ltd.; or Dingheng New Materials Co., Ltd. that were (2) the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Aluminum Foil from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative; 2022, 89 Fed. Reg. 88,957 (Nov. 12, 2024), as amended by Certain Aluminum Foil from the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative; 2022, 89 Fed. Reg. 102,107 (Dec. 17, 2024) and that were (3) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the periods January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. 3. Effective 02/07/2025 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 02/07/2025. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 5021413, dated 01/21/2025. 6.
