On 01/17/2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China (C-570-107), for the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00224.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were produced and/or exported by The Ancientree Cabinet Co., Ltd.; Jiangsu Hongjia Wood Co., Ltd.; Shanghai Hongjia Wood Co., Ltd.; Jiangsu Hongjia Wood Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch; Jiangsu Yunru Technology Industry Co., Ltd. and imported by Craft33 Products, LLC that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Wooden Cabinets and Vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China:
Final Results of the CVD Administrative Review; 2022, 89 FR 88962 (11/12/2024); and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption during the period January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
5. Effective 01/17/2025 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 01/17/2025.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.
6. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.
7. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 4354428, dated 12/19/2024.
