1. On 01/27/2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain quartz surface products from the People's Republic of China (C-570-085) for the period 11/4/2021 through 12/31/2022. This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00243. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of quartz surface products from the People's Republic of China which were: produced by Universal Quartz and imported by AM Stone and Cabinets, Inc.; that were withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period November 4, 2021 through December 31, 2022; and that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Quartz Surface Products from the People's Republic of China. 3. Effective 01/27/2025 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 01/27/2025. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 5002410, dated 01/02/2025. 6. As noted in the liquidation instructions dated 01/02/2024, a summons was filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade (Court) to contesting the final results of the underlying administrative review. Accordingly, notwithstanding this SI, CBP should not liquidate entries covered by message number 5002401 that were produced and/or exported by Universal Quartz until 95 days after the notice of lifting of suspension identified in that message (i.e., 11/22/2024), to ensure the entries covered by this SI are not liquidated. 7.
