1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on pure magnesium from China for the period 05/01/2022 through 04/30/2023. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (90 FR 7078) on 01/21/2025, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer/exporter as listed in paragraph 2.
2. For shipments of product from country entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/13/2024 (the date the original final results of review published), the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows:
Exporter: Tianjin Magnesium International Co. Ltd.; Tianjin Magnesium Metal Co. Ltd.

Amended rate: 25.26%
3. Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any overcollection or for collecting additional deposits will be issued in a separate message.
4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
5. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
