Commerce has amended the final determination of its countervailing duty investigation of forged steel fluid end blocks (fluid end blocks) from the Federal Republic of Germany (Germany) for the period 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2018. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (90 FR 305) on 01/03/2025, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producers/exporters as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of fluid end blocks from Germany entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/03/2025, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Schmiedewerke Groditz GmbH Case number: C-428-848-002 Amended rate: 6.64% Producer and/or Exporter: voestalpine Bohler Group Case number: C-428-848-003 Amended rate: 14.74% Producer and/or Exporter: All-Others Case number: C-428-848-000 Amended rate: 6.18% 3. Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any overcollection will be issued in a separate message. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 5.
