Effective 12/18/2014, importers may no longer post a bond or other security in lieu of a cash deposit on imports of subject merchandise from the exporter/producer combinations listed below as permitted in message 3323305, dated 11/19/2013. For shipments of freshwater crawfish tail meat from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/18/2014, the following cash deposit requirements apply to the exporter/producer combination listed below:

The country-wide PRC rate is 223.01 percent.

4. These cash deposit requirements will remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries covered by this review until liquidation instructions are issued.
