1. Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation on ferrosilicon from Malaysia. This amendment was published on 12/11/2024 in the Federal Register (89 FR 99829) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4313406, dated 11/08/2024. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-557-828. 4. For shipments of ferrosilicon from Malaysia entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/11/2024, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: OM Sarawak Sdn.
