Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation on ferrosilicon from Malaysia.
This amendment was published on 12/11/2024 in the Federal Register (89 FR 99829) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters.

For shipments of ferrosilicon from Malaysia entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/11/2024, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below:
