On 12/04/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 96211) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Turkiye (subject merchandise) (A-489-833). 2. Commerce determined that Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (A-489-833-003). and is entitled to BMB's exclusion from the Order for entries of subject merchandise produced and exported by Borusan Boru. Entries of subject merchandise not produced and exported by Borusan Boru should receive the cash deposit rate previously assigned to BMB. 3. Accordingly, CBP should discontinue suspension of liquidation of imports of shipments, and discontinue collecting cash deposits, from the producer/exporter combination that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/13/2023.
