1. On 12/04/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 96211) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from the Republic of Turkiye (A-489-501). 2. Commerce determined that Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (BMB) and should receive the cash deposit rate previously assigned to BMB. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from the Republic of Turkiye which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/13/2023, CBP shall require a cash deposit for antidumping duties at the following rate: Producer and/or Exporter: Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. Case number: A-489-501-013 Cash deposit rate: 5.27% 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice.
