1. On 12/11/2014, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain activated carbon from the People's Republic of China (“PRC”) (A-570-904) for the period 04/01/2012 through 03/31/2013. This PI was issued in connection with court number 14-00325.

2. This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which were the subject of the administrative proceeding of the final results of administrative review of certain activated carbon from the PRC (79 FR 70163, November 25, 2014) that were exported from the PRC to the United States by Shanxi DMD Corporation and imported by Carbon Activated Corporation, and were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/01/2012 through 03/31/2013.

3. Effective 12/11/2014, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on 12/11/2014. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
