1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (79 FR 56338) on 09/19/2014 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on uncovered innerspring units from the PRC for the period 02/01/2012 through 01/31/2013.

2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain exporters. Therefore, for shipments of uncovered innerspring units from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/19/2014, the required cash deposit has been revised for the following exporters:

Cash deposit rate: 234.51%

Exporter: Ta Cheng Coconut Knitting Company Ltd.

Cash deposit rate: 234.51%

3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above, then the following instructions apply:

A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate.

B. For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not been assigned to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 234.51 percent.

C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter.

4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued.
