On 09/17/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on utility scale wind towers from Malaysia (A-557-821) for the period 10/13/2021 through 11/30/2022.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00150.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of utility scale wind towers from Malaysia that were produced and/or exported by CS Wind Corporation/CS Wind Malaysia Sdn Bhd, that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Utility Scale Wind Towers from Malaysia:
Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022, 89 FR 56735 (July 10, 2024) (see also Utility Scale Wind Towers from Malaysia:
Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022, 89 FR 65848 (August 13, 2024)) and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period October 13, 2021 through November 30, 2022.

Effective 09/17/2024 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 09/17/2024.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
