On 09/11/2024 (89 FR 73626), Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from the Republic of Korea (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Accordingly, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/11/2024, produced and/or exported by the companies named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value.
