On 06/28/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 53953) its preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation of ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation (subject merchandise).
At that time, Commerce did not make a critical circumstances determination.
On 08/28/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 68860) its affirmative preliminary determination of critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of the subject merchandise.

Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of the subject merchandise from the producers and/or exporters identified below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/24/2024, (the date of the initiation notice for this investigation) and shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the percentage of entered value for the producer and/or exporter listed below.
